76 Show To Brave The Elements

On a day of over cast skies and a little rain 76 players showed to compete in the SCGA One Day Event at Star Fort National. Winning the Gross Title was Randy Thompson of Whitmire Golf Club. He toured the 6,921-yard, par 72 golf course in a tournament low 76 shots. Winning the Net Division was Chester Chrisley playing at his home course. He won with a 81 getting 17 strokes which totals a net 64. This was changed to a 67 due to the slope rating.

The Flight "A" winner for the day was Jerry Weidner out of Woodlands Country Club. James Tesner of Whitmire Golf Club won the "B" Flight. Les Bradstreet who play's out of Hickory Ridge Golf Club was the "C" Flight winner. The "D" Flight was won by our Net Winner of the day, Chester Chrisley.
