New Site and Great Weather Bring A Crowd

For the first One-Day event at White Plains Country Club, 68 players showed up to play the wonderful golf course. The gross winner for the event was Bobo Sexton of Spring Lake Country Club. Mr. Sexton won the gross division by 1 shot over David Melton, who was playing his home course. The Net winner for the event was Don Keziah who plays out of White Plains. He won the net division in a scorecard playoff over David Melton and also Carl Tucker who plays at White Plains as well.

The "A" Flight was won by Shawn Knight of White Plains, and Don Keziah of White Plains was the winner of the "B" Flight. The "C" Flight was taken by Rich Costa of Spring Lake, and the "D" Flight was won by Buddy Hawks who plays out of Spring Lake. The only closest to the pin of the day was taken by David Melton who also was the 2nd place finisher in the "B" Flight.
