One Day Events Information
The very popular One Day handicap events began in 1964 and have provided a way of playing a variety of courses statewide at a minimal cost. 
The SCGA added Senior One Day events in 1979 and are designed to create more golf activity for the senior segment of the golf population.

Eligibility
Anyone with a Current SCGA Handicap (Membership) Card - Men, Ladies, and Juniors are all invited. 
Handicap adjustments will be made to those playing sets of tees different from the "base set" of tees.
The base set of tees being the host club's set of regular men's tees.

How To Enter
Call the host club 10 days prior to the event for a tee time.  It is a requirement to play in groups of three or four. 
It is recommended that you have your own pairing when calling for a tee time.  Individuals and/or twosomes may be paired
through the club based on availability.

Entry
Entry fee is $10.00 plus host club's cart fee.

Prizes
The field at regular One Days is pre-flighted according to handicap.  Prize allocations may vary according to participation. 
The overall Low Gross Winner and Low Net Winner for the event will receive prizes.  Net prizes (gift certificates) are also awarded in each flight.
The low gross winner must compete from the base set of tees or longer.
