The SCGA believes in recognizing outstanding accomplishment. Currently, we do so through the following programs: Player-of-the-Year - Awarded using a point system based on the SCGA tournament schedule and other prestigious events. Senior Player-of-the-Year - Awarded using a point system based on the SCGA tournament schedule and other prestigious events. South Carolina Golf Hall of Fame - The SCGA is the prime financial support for the induction ceremonies. Since its formation in 1977, the SC Golf Hall of Fame has enshrined 51 individuals including Henry Picard, Betsy Rawls, P.J. Boatwright Jr., Beth Daniel & Jay Haas. Hole-In-One
