Austin Langdale Crowned Champion of the 95th SCGA Amateur Championship
SUMTER, SC (July 26, 2026) – Final-round results of the 95th SCGA Amateur Championship presented by Thompson Construction Group hosted by Quixote Club in Sumter, South Carolina, on Sunday, July 26, 2026.

Austin Langdale of Easley captured the title at the 95th SCGA Amateur Championship presented by Thompson Construction Group, finishing the championship at eight-under-par 272 to earn a two-shot victory and claim his first SCGA Amateur Championship title.
With the victory, Langdale also earned an exemption into the 2026 U.S. Amateur Championship, which will be contested at Merion Golf Club in Ardmore, Pennsylvania.
When asked what the victory means to him, Langdale said, "Winning this title means a lot. Growing up in South Carolina and playing through the South Carolina Junior Golf Association and the South Carolina Golf Association, this championship has always been the pinnacle of amateur golf in our state. Winning the Junior Championship was special, and now having my name on this trophy is just the icing on the cake."
Sam Jackson of West Columbia finished runner-up at six-under-par 274 after posting a two-under-par 68 during Sunday's final round.
Ashton Eubanks of Lexington and Nelson Dickson of Simpsonville tied for third place at one-under-par 279.
