Stan Sill Maintains the 64th Senior Championship Lead After Round Two

ORANGEBURG, SC (May 10, 2022) – Second round results of the 64th SCGA Senior Championship, hosted by Orangeburg Country Club in Orangeburg, SC on Tuesday, May 10, 2022.
 
 
Stan Sill of Spartanburg maintains the lead through day two of the 64th Senior Championship, posting two-over par 146 overall for the tournament. He finished the day with a four-over par round of 76 to hold a one-shot lead heading into the final round tomorrow.
 
Doug Ramey of Greer, Richard Rebholz of Johns Island and Eddie Hargett of Blythewood each finished the second round at three-over par 147 overall to sit T2.
 
Ronnie Richter of Charleston and Gary Smith of Hilton Head sit T5 after round two, each finishing the day at four-over par 148, overall.
 
The final round of the 64th Senior Championship will begin Wednesday , May 11 at 8:00 AM off #1 and #10. 61 players will compete in the final round after making the cut.
 
The 2022 SCGA Senior Championship is being played on the par 72 - 6,334 yard course at Orangeburg Country Club in Orangeburg, SC. The starting field consisted of 105 players over the age of 55. The cut has been made to the low 60 and ties after 36 holes. The Senior Championship is one of 21 Major Championships conducted annually by the South Carolina Golf Association.
