Eassy and Revis Lead After Opening Round at Forty Plus Finale

Pawleys Island, SC  (Dec. 4, 2022) – First round results of the SCGA Forty Plus Series Finale Event hosted by True Blue Golf Club in Pawleys Island, SC on Sunday, December 4th, 2022.

Chris Eassy  (Simpsonville) &  Jeremy Revis  (Greenville) currently lead the gross portion of the Tournament Division after the duo fired an eight under par round of 64. Two shots behind the leaders is the team of  Mike Cobb  (Summerville) &  T.A. Fulmer  (Charleston) after an opening round of 66.

 

In the Tournament Net Division, there is a two-way tie between the team of  David Gibson  (Lexington) &  Jamon Hardwick (Lexington) and the team of  Henry Lancaster  (Wagener) &  Bryan Tune  (Columbia). Both teams finished with net totals of seven under par 65. 

 

In the Senior Gross Division,  Dean Nance  (Greenville) and  Doug Ramey  (Greer) lead after an opening round score of ten under par 62. One shot behind the leaders is the team of  Eddie Hargett  (Blythewood) &  Dan Sullivan  (Columbia) who finished with an opening round of nine under par 63. 

 

In the Senior Net Division, Eddie Hargett & Dan Sullivan are tied with the team of  Rich Rebholz  (Johns Island) &  Robert Wilson  (Sullivans Island) after both teams finished the first round with a net total of 66.

The 40 Plus is a series of events conducted for golfers across South Carolina, over the age of 40. The Forty Plus Finale is a two-day event being conducted on Sunday and Monday at True Blue Golf Club in Pawleys Island, SC. The Final Round will begin on Monday with a 9:30 AM Shotgun.  This event is the final 40 Plus event the SCGA will conduct in 2022.
