The side of Chris Wellde (Indian Land) and Matthew Neely (Simpsonville) claimed the 2026 SCGA Mid-Amateur Four-Ball Championship at The Carolina Country Club after carding a final-round 59, thirteen-under-par. Bogey-free rounds of 62 and 59 gave the side a comfortable six-shot victory. The side won in their first-ever SCGA championship as a team.
The side of Hunter Parks (Spartanburg) and Carter Davis (Inman) carded a second-round 64 to finish at seventeen-under-par and claim solo second. The sides of Garland Ferrell and Michael Sims, and Nick Biershenk and Brad Sill rounded out the top three after both finished at fifteen-under-par.
